Since I use this app in combination with CryptSync in order to store securely files in the cloud, the handling of 7zip encryption was my usage priority. Now, after 10 months, finally decrypting files on the iPhone works without the app crashing. Bravo!

works great; can save, e-mail and rename files... pdf functionalitybis a pure-viewer (no search), but advertized as so... works great with soooo many file formats, all from my linux machines like debian and crunchbang are complete y compatible e.g. .tar.gz makes iOS almost useable... ;-) if onl yi could type slowly and with two fingers.. danke für ein grossartiger App.!

Title says it all. Couldnt open a password protected rar file. Kept getting error message. Would have given it a better rating but I needed it for RAR files so its of limited value to me.

It works very well for zip and rar files and does what I need.

I downloaded a tar.gz file containing code files but I found that I cannot unzip the tar file and export the folder containing all the code files into Textastic.

I use ZipBroPro as an encrypted password safe. I have a text list of all my passwords and credit cards on my desktop, which I zip and encrypt using the excellent 7-zip, then email it to myself and pick it up on the ipad. ZipBroPro is one of the very few ipad apps that will handle the 7-zip password protocol. One other app worked, but was flaky, slow, and didnt align the columns in the decrypt. ZipBroPro does this elegantly and simply.

It does open password protected files-yours. This app opened my password and I had BIG problem all New Year weekend.

Love this app, can save more than one document at the time!!! I recommended it !!

Took a gamble and feel like lost! All I wanted to do was take two images, ZIP them, then email them; cant figure out how. Went to app support website, nothing there to help either. Went to my Dropbox app (since there was an example on this on this apps website), selected a PDF, Open With..., no ZipBroPro. So I tried a *.docx within my Dropbox app, Open With..., chose ZipBroPro, it opened the app, then received an error message that said "Cant open file". Wanted to email app owner to troubleshoot, but no contact info. I had high hopes for this app, but unfortunately disappointed... :(

All I care about is if it works when I need it and it works.

Definitely worth getting if only for this one feature...the ability to page thru multiple PDF files with a single tap. I receive daily newspapers as a zip file. Each page of the newspaper unzips as an individual PDF file. With one tap I can sequentially open each PDF page of the newspaper, just like turning the pages of a actual newspaper. Makes reading on the iPad an absolute joy. Ive not found any other app that will allow me to do this with zipped PDF files.

App just keeps closing soon as I try to open a file!!!!

This app has never worked for me. I have tried to use it with all different programs and it never opens a document. I was counting in it at one point to send resumes but neither can receiving email parties open a file. This has been a major disappointment. I do not recommended wasting even $1.00 in this app.
